Health & Safety
All the catering vans hold 5 million Public Liability insurance and comply with current health and safety regulations.
The staff is fully trained and hold L2 Food Hygiene certificates.
All the Management Team holds Level 3 Hygiene certificates and the Catering Manager is HACCP trained.
We are registered with Bolsover Town Council and Chesterfield Borough Council environmental health departments. For the last three years our vans have been awarded 5 Star Hygiene rating from both Councils.
All units are gas safe tested, and electrical PAT tested yearly.
Food temperatures are checked with the latest temperature equipment and recorded in log books.
All catering trailers have fire extinguishers and fire blankets, inspected yearly.
All documentation can be sent to you prior to your event and is available in each van.
We have our own water tanks and run diesel generators.
